JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 The learned Senior counsel submits that the only change in circumstance is that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail vide order dated 11.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 31715 of 2018.
In such view of the matter, the learned Senior counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to apply for regular bail in view of the order dated 11.07.2018 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of similarly situated co-accused persons.
Accordingly, the present bail petition stands disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned trial court for grant of regular bail in light of the aforesaid order dated 11.07.2018 and in case, the petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58535 of 2018(4) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the trial court would consider disposing of the bail petition expeditiously, preferably on the same day.
