2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 182 of 2024 instituted under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(C)/22(C) of the NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 22 Kg. of Ganja from the Scorpio of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner was neither arrested from the spot nor any recovery has been made from her conscious possession. Petitioner has been made accused only due to the reason that she is the owner of the vehicle in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that the recovered Ganja comes under the commercial quantity and the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle who is involved in the occurrence.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, recovery of commercial quantity of Ganja from the vehicle of the petitioner and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
