JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2014 in relation to Manjhi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014 instituted under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleges that the deceased had gone to do work of computer at the Madarsa of the village. His niece at about 3.30 pm informed him that Raja Bhaiya (son of the informant) had been killed. In the evening his dead body was recovered. It was suspected that petitioner might have killed the deceased because of some old dispute.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is no eye-witness nor any other corroborative material to implicate the petitioner. The only theory, that is being attributed, is of last seen but that was long before the death.
Be that as it may, the petitioner, namely, Anil
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47135 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 Sharma shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned VIth, Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014.
