Patna High Court MJC No.2509 of 2013 (9) dt.21-07-2017 2/2 Chandra Prasad and Mr. Alok Kumar, sons of the freedom fighter, have appeared in person and have also filed an affidavit that they have no objection if the outstanding pension of the late father is credited into their account, which is a joint account in the Indian Bank, Buxar Branch, Collectery Road at District - Buxar, having Account No. 608727016.
If the appellants filed an application with the proof of the joint account, which has been annexed as Annexure-5, with a copy of this order, the respondent-authorities would be well obliged to credit the outstanding dues of the freedom fighter pension, which was payable to their father. The exercise must be done within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such an application.
Contempt application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
