Apprehending his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, the petitioner has filed the present application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of pre-arrest bail.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought leave to withdraw the present application in order to surrender before the court below and seek bail in the light of the observations and directions made in the order dated 07.07.2017 passed by this Court in the matter of Ashok Sahani Vs. State of Bihar (Cr. Misc. No. 26109 of 2017).

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33110 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 P2/ Leave is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
