The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Simari (Tilak Raj Ke Hata) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction from his client and therefore, he seeks wants to withdraw this bail application.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
