The petitioner has been found unfit in the process of selection for Constable (General Duty) in the respondent-Force.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Union of India that no grounds have been specified necessitating interference with findings of the Review Medical Board. The level of fitness required for the respondent-Force does not allow

Patna High Court CWJC No.2373 of 2012(3) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 latitude to the respondent-Authorities, who have proceeded strictly as per the requisite level of Medical fitness from the competing candidates.

Since, none appears for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the said submission, writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
