"1. This writ application is being filed for direction to the respondents to give the opportunity for appointment of the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teahcer for which she is entitled. Further direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Panchayat teacher which is vacant after termination of Smt. Kumari Indrakala Sinha Prakhand Teacher (the then

The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of her grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Vaishali within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
