JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2014 in relation to Pupri P.S. Case No.331 of 2013 instituted under Section-377 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is serious differences between the father of the petitioner and the father of the victim and, therefore, this false case has been lodged. The doctor has found no injury.

Be that as it may, the petitioner, namely, Md. Tanveer, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
