JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 This application has been filed to modify the order dated 1805-2017 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 13999 of 2017. It has been submitted that by the aforesaid order, the petitioner was directed to file joint compromise petition in the court below and thereafter, he will be released on provisional anticipatory bail but one of the conditions was that bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and because the petitioner is a resident of Jamshedpur, so, there is difficulty to fulfill the aforesaid condition.

In such circumstances, the order dated 18-05-2017 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 13999 of 2017 is modified to the extent that the first condition mentioned in the order is treated to be deleted and in that place, the condition should be read as "both the bailors
