2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-A), 25(1-B)(i), 25(1-AA), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per FIR, petitioner is alleged to be involved in manufacturing and selling of illegal arms and ammunition.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Satyendra Vishwakarma. No arms and ammunition recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated other co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31967 of 2025. Petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) P. S. Case No. 186 of 2024.
