2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhri (Bakhari) P.S. Case No. 141 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is an accused of assaulting the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai / concerned Court in connection with Bakhri (Bakhari) P.S.
