2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for directing the concerned authorities for opening Jamabandi in favour of the petitioner's ancestor on the basis of the parvana issued by the Ex-Land Lord and settlement made in his ancestor's favour and uninterrupted possession since then and further for restraining the authority for declaring land as Govt. Land for acquisition for installation of the power project till the

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to approach the respondent no. 5, the Deputy Collector Land Reform, Aurangabad for the redressal of the grievance.
