2. The modification of the aforementioned order would be nothing but reviewing the order of the co-ordinate Bench. To review the order of the co-ordinate Bench, the petitioner cannot invoke remedy under the guise of MJC for modification. Modification of any order is required only if there is typographical error or clerical error. Insofar as not depositing certain amount or a bank guarantee on behalf of the petitioner and to recall such order, this Court cannot invoke jurisdiction under MJC modification.
