JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are accused in a case under Section 302/120B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased, whose husband is already in jail and the allegation on the petitioners is general and omnibus. They are in custody since 24.7.2014.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner as mentioned above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Arwal Police station Case No. 181 of 2014.
