The petitioner, Nunu Yadav, seeks regular bail in Karpi P.S. Case No.30 of 2013 (Sessions Trial No.53 of 2014/83 of 2014), registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner poured conk-acid on the head of his father and mother. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected. It is submitted that the case is still pending. Not even a single witness has been examined.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

Learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jehanabad,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.402 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 2/2 who is in seisin of Sessions Trial No.53 of 2014/83 of 2014, is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
