The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the IPC Prosecution case as lodged by the informant is that on 01.02.2020 one Nitish Kumar came to his house and went along with her son namely Vicky Kumar Choudhary and one Chhotu Kumar @ Mannu by a cycle. After lapse of some time when her son did not return then she started searching. During course of search, she saw that her son and her neighbor namely Chhotu Kumar @ Mannu was lying dead in the lichi orchard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent, not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in this case. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S.
