The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and as per FIR she is alleged to be order giver. Petitioner is mother of the informant. There is property dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that the FIR has been lodged after delay of 13 days and there is no plausible explanation of delay. innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
