The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 323, 354 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in nutshell is that the complainant filed this case against petitioners for bringing into existence a registered document dated 07.10.2016 of sale of immovable properties belonging to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47584 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/3 the complainant. When the complainant came to know and protested then petitioners assaulted and outraged the modesty of the wife of the complainant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that both parties are agnates and in the background of some land dispute, the present complaint case has been registered. It is further submitted that petitioner has sold his own share of property. It is further submitted that this case comes within the preview of civil nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands)

No.47584 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 3/3 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bakhri, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 2213 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
