JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for a direction for disposal of his appeal pending before the Appellate Authority. A copy of the said Memo of Appeal is Annexure-7 to the present writ application which is dated 11.07.2004. It is submitted that the said appeal has been preferred by the petitioner before His Excellency Governor of Bihar, It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide Annexure-2, the petitioner alongwith other three persons were put under suspension and they were subjected to departmental enquiry. Subsequently, one of them, namely, Arun

Patna High Court CWJC No.21731 of 2013 (2) dt.07-09-2017 2/2 Kumar Thakur, preferred a writ application challenging the order of punishment of dismissal before this Hon'ble Court and succeeded.

In pursuance to the said order, the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation vide its Memo No. 155 dated 02.03.2009 has granted all reliefs to the said person. The case of the petitioner is also similar to the case of Arun Kumar Thakur. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the respondent no. 2, the Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, is directed to take all necessary steps to get the appeal of the petitioner disposed of within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
