Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is withdrawn and disposed of.

However, petitioners are directed to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57463 of 2021(2) dt.29-06-2022 2/2 learned Court below and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, considering that the police has submitted final form against the petitioners but the court below has taken cognizance on the basis of case diary and the other co-accused have been granted bail by the court below.
