Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the I.P.C.
The accusation in the FIR is that certain fake documents were deposited in the University office on behalf of the College of which the informant is the Principal. On inquiry by the Principal of the concerned college, it came to light that some of the lacturers of the college were responsible for the same which included the petitioner also. One of such accused

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that though the occurrence is of the year 2012 but the petitioner has filed the present anticipatory bail application in the year 2021. He submits that petitioner has no knowledge about the said occurrence. He submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by different Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 38557 of 2020 on 28.06.2021 and in Cr. Misc. No. 21942 of 2020 on 02.11.2020. He submits that petitioner is the staff of the college whereof the informant is principal. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.
Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two
