2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakmaheshi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399/402/413/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and other accused were caught planning to commit a loot. One stolen motorcycle and mobile phone have been recovered from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 20.05.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Bishanpur police station on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

7. The Magistrate will verify the antecedent of the petitioner before accepting the bail bond. If the petitioner is found involved in any case, his bail bond shall not be accepted. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
