In pursuance of order dated 18.01.2016, the Director, Lok Nayak Jay Prakash Narayan, Rajvanshi Nagar, Patna is personally present and has stated in his affidavit that now all the payments have been released in favour of the petitioner. He further submits that the delay was occasioned on account of paucity of funds which was received in his office only on the 4th of

Patna High Court MJC No.5964 of 2013 (14) dt.24-01-2018 January, 2018. Thereafter, the matter has been processed and now instructions has been sent to the Treasury for payment of an amount of Rs. 39,72,923/- and after making the necessary TDS the amounts will be forwarded into his account at the earliest. Be that as it may, since there is substantial compliance of the order, the contempt application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to raise any other grievances tenable under law.

The personal appearance of the Director, Lok Nayak Jay Prakash Narayan, Rajvanshi Nagar, Patna is dispensed with.
