JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-07-2019 Considering the nature of controversy involved in the present writ petition as to residence of private respondent No. 8, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Katihar to cause an enquiry into the claim of the petitioner and respondent No. 8 for appointment on the post of Tola Sevak in the light of the existing guidelines for appointment as Tola Sevak. While taking decision the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment) is required to verify eligibility of the petitioner
