The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 52 of 2014 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner undertakes that petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 2,00,000/- to the complainant in 4 installments within five months. Taking the same into consideration and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36385 of 2017 (7) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Sasaram (Rohtas), in connection with Complaint Case No. 52 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. However, if the petitioner does not pay the aforesaid amount within the stipulated time, the Court concerned may cancel his bail bond.
