2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for directing the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika in Ward No.9, Village and Post- Suhabanpur Sudhi, District- Nalanda.

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the order passed by D.P.O. Nalanda, has to be challenged by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13583 of 2019(3) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 petitioner which is annexed as Annexure-4.

4. In light of the submission made above, the present writ petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal, if the cause of action shall survive within 30 days.

5. Delay, if any, is hereby directed to be condoned by the Appellate Authority.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
