Smt. Binita Singh- Gp31 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 Considering the fact that petitioner has been paid entire dues admitted by the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is now confined to delayed payment. He submits that respondents have not disclosed reason for delayed payment and as such they are liable to pay interest on delayed payment.

Since the respondents have not given any explanation for delayed payment, the respondents are directed to assign reason for delayed payment and if it is found there is lapse on the part of the respondents, they are liable to pay interest at bank rate. In the event there is no fault on the part of the University,

Necessary order in this regard may be passed by the Vice-Chancellor of the University within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
