2. Petitioner, who retired as Assistant Teacher from Ramdeo Bhagat Baldeo Chaudhary Project Girls High School Bhutahi, Sonbarsha, claims payment of his post retiral benefits including leave encashment, arrears of salary and fixation of pension. Provident fund and group insurance has already been paid to the petitioner. So far as earned leave is concerned, a sum of Rs. 5,29,472/- has been credited in the bank account of the petitioner on 15.10.2018, whereas arrears of salary to the tune of Rs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16415 of 2016 dt.02-01-2019 2/2 22,98,242/- has already been credited in the bank account of the petitioner on 10.10.2018.

3. So far gratuity and fixation of pension is concerned, the PPO has been prepared by the office of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna dated 15.11.2018, which is Annexure-B to the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 8, the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

4. Considering the nature of claim made and the submissions made by the parties, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 6, the District Treasury Officer, Sitamarhi to send the details of payment to be made to the State Bank of India, Sitamarhi Branch where the petitioner maintains his bank account within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before respondent no. 6 and the Sitamarhi Branch of the State Bank of India would then credit the said amount in the account of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of such receipt.
