2. The present writ application has been filed for the following reliefs as prayed in paragraph No. 1 of the writ petition:

"(i) For issuance of writ in nature of mandamus for direction to the respondents for considering the application dated 04.05.2024 filed by the petitioner, said application filed for measurement of the land bearing MouzaRiksadih, Thana No. 145, Khata No. 4, Khesra No. 94, Area-2.48 decimal for which the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10583 of 2024 dt.16-07-2024 2/3 petitioner deposited the cost of measurement of Rs. 1,000/- (ii) For further issue direction to respondents Anchaladhikari C.O. to the measure the land of the petitioner which was purchased by registered sale deed dated 10.03.2005 bearing Mouza-Riksadih, Thana No. 145, Khata NO. 4, Khesra No. 94, Area 2.48 decimal.

(iii) Further give other legal consequential reliefs to petitioner as entitled in the eye of law.".

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased the land by registered sale deed dated 10.03.2005 of the land bearing Mouza -Riksadih, Thana No. 145, Khata No. 4, Khesra No. 94, Area-2.48 decimal and since than he is in peaceful title and possession of the land. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has filed an application before the Anchaladhikari, Jagdishpur for measurement of land and as per direction, the petitioner has already deposited cost of Rs. 1,000/- on 05.04.2023. The petitioner thereafter again on 04.05.2024 submitted an application before the Anchaladhikari and other higher officials (Annexure-P/2 series) but till date the land of the petitioner has not been measured.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the Anchaladhikari, Jagdishpur, Bhagalpur (respondent No. 6) is

Patna High Court CWJC No.10583 of 2024 dt.16-07-2024 3/3 directed to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 04.05.2024 in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
