JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2017 The petitioners, in the present writ application, have sought for quashing of Memo No.3748 dated 28.07.2011 issued by the District Magistrate, Patna, by which, the District Magistrate, Patna has passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioners for appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher in Momindpur Gram Panchayat under Block-Fatuha, District-Patna. It has been submitted on behalf of the State that the statutory remedy of the petitioners lies before the District Appellate Authority, Patna.
Patna High Court CWJC No.24447 of 2013 (2) dt.09-10-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners are directed to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority within a period of 30 days, which shall be disposed of within the statutory period from the date of filing of such appeal.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
