JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chausa (Fulaut) P. S. Case No. 109 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 380, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that a mob consisting about 500 persons obstructed the police party in discharge of their official duty and forcibly snatched the dead

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41512 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 body of one Sahansah Choudhary and brought the same in premises of Fulout Out Post and damaged the government articles, seized materials like motorcycle of other cases and building of Revenue, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application for grant of prearrest bail is rejected.
