2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Hat P.S.Case No. 264 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 411, 413, 414, 401, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner was caught with stolen motorcycle and forged document of the ownership of the motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49915 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K. Hat P.S.Case No. 264 of 2024.

6. This is also subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in K.Hat Police Station on first Sunday of every month and co-operate in the trial. If he fails to do so, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be cancelled.

7. After release, the court will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner.
