The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case no. 256 of 2016, registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that, in fact, Chotu @ Kallu, Varun Patel, Ujjawal Singh, Chotu Kumar @ Gaurav and Hariom Kumar were apprehended by the Police on the spot, who disclosed the name of the petitioner and other associates.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of
