2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025, dated 03.02.2025, instituted for the offences under Section 309(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, some of the miscreants tried to snatch the bag of the informant containing Rs. 1,15,000/-. When the informant protested it, the miscreants put him down upon the earth and opened fire. On account of fear, the informant left the bag. It further appears that on the basis of the information of the petitioner along with other co-accused, namely, Ujjawal Kumar, two loaded pistols have also been recovered. The supervising authority has also found the case true against the petitioner.
4. It appears from the impugned order that the SDR of Mobile No. 8002336171 had been found at the place of occurrence and the said mobile number belongs to the petitioner. Further, the looted amount of Rs. 10,000/- has been recovered from the bed of the petitioner. The petitioner has also confessed his guilt in the alleged occurrence.
5. The learned A.P.P. for the State has

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as also the allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. The prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected.
8. The application stands dismissed.
