For a single date of misuse on account of the pairvi of the petitioner having not been made, the appellant is languishing in custody since 12.06.2013. The reason due to which the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad is that the trial of the petitioner was separated.

Submission is that the petitioner has remained in custody for almost 11⁄2 years and that the main trial from which the trial of this petitioner was separated, is still pending. Let petitioner Rakesh Singh @ Manoj Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46425 of 2014 (3) dt.04-02-2015 2 / 2 Jehanabad in connection with Sessions Trial No. 460 of 2010/394 of 2012, arising out of Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 314 of 2005. Let the trial Judge take the two trials together as the joint charges were framed against all the accused persons and to proceed to dispose of the trials so as to disposing them by one judgment.
