JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 This case has been brought under the heading "To be Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner who points out that at page no.13 in the last but one line of paragraph no.11, the word „petitioner‟ is a typographical error which ought to have been „respondent no.3‟.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in fact seems to be correct because if the entire paragraph no.11 and in fact the judgment as a whole is read, it would become clear that this Court in fact had intended to recover the amount from salary of the respondent no.3 and, thus, in the last but one line of paragraph no.11 at page-13 in the order dated 9.9.2015, the word

Patna High Court CWJC No.4031 of 2015 (8) dt.30-11-2015 „petitioner‟ shall be read as 'respondent no.3‟. Accordingly, the order of this Court dated 9.9.2015 is amended only to the extent indicated above.
