In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 2585C of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Both the parties are physically present. The petitioner is ready to keep opposite party no.2 and he is also ready to take away the opposite party no.2 from here itself, but the opposite party no.2 is not ready to go with the petitioner.
