JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Petitioner is in custody since 21.2.2014 in relation to Birpur P.S.Case No. 52 of 2014 instituted under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is the husband of the lady, who is supposed to have been killed and cremated surreptitiously without information to her parents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that, in fact, she had died due to natural causes.
Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application is dismissed.
However, once charges are framed, the petitioner may be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the trial court. (Navaniti Prasad Singh, J) spal/- U
