JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 17-12-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) To quash the advertisement published in the newspaper on 5.7.2015 for making new agreement (Annexure-4) by the Respondents by which Respondents have advertised for making agreement for Transport, Handling-cum-delivery Agent for door-ship delivery.

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to continue taking work from the petitioner according to the agreement made on 21.5.2015 between the petitioner and the Bihar State Food & Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. through its District Manager, Sheikhpura. (iii) And/or for any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

2. As none appeared on behalf of the petitioner the matter was passed over for a few cases. However, on repeat call the petitioner was again not represented.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time as the period of contract was for one year which has since elapsed.
