Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kinjer P.S. Case 65 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341/323/504/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. The specific allegation is against one Ranjit Singh. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4910 of 2021(2) dt.10-12-2021 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Arwal in connection with Kinjer P.S.
