On going through the said order, this Court would find that the learned counsel for the respondents had then made a submission that the writ petition was infructuous. The specific assertion of the relief being infructuous on account of relief having been granted to the petitioner was made on the last date when none had appeared on behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2863 of 2012(5) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 petitioner. Today position is the same, again none appears for the petitioner.
