Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-341, 323, 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, in the backdrop of a petty issue, an altercation took place between the parties and in consequence thereof, the mother and brothers of the informant were assaulted, as a result of which, they sustained injury. The informant's mother sustained grievous injury and was taken to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47505 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 hospital where in course of treatment, she died. It has been submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 06-05-2022. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place for a petty reason.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Siwan in connection with Asaon P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019.
