The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 250/2023, dated 27.12.2023, registered for the offence under Sections 364, 120B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., the petitioner and other coaccused persons are said to have thrown the deceased from the train. This happened because they were drunk and they took out the money from the pocket of the deceased and due to that dispute arose and deceased was thrown out of the train. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner has no

Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and serious allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.

Accordingly, the application for regular bail of the petitioner stands dismissed.
