JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the services of the petitioner has been terminated on account of his certificate having been obtained from Dr. Ambedkar Hindi Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Jokiya, Begusarai, which according to the respondents, is not a recognized institution. The learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon a judgment dated 07.12.2015 passed in CWJC no. 6740 of 2013 and has submitted that this Court has remanded the matter to the authorities for examining as to whether the said certificate is from a recognized institution or not in light of the observations
Patna High Court CWJC No.5149 of 2016(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 made in the said judgment.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 5 by filing his claim along with a copy of the aforesaid judgment within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter the respondent no. 5 shall consider the implication of the aforesaid judgment and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
