The present application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 vide order dated 03.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37045 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order granting bail dated 03.07.2018 should be canceled and the other side may be requested for negotiation.
