Mr.Renuka Ratnakar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 111 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 149, 143, 341, 283 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that, on receiving information about

No.45419 of 2019(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 death of a girl in motor accident, the informant along with police personnel reached there then saw that the mob was indulged in creating nuisance and dead body of girl was laying there. When informant and other police personnel tried to take custody of dead body then mob started slogan against the administration and blocked the road. At that time, 18 persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioners were identified.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. but no specific over act has been attributed against them and petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 111 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
