The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case no. 77 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the complaint petition, which is the basis of the F.I.R., that allegation of committing rape with the complainant is against Ram Ayodhi Sahni. The allegation against the petitioners and one Mithu Sahni is that in spite of direction of the Panchayat about performing marriage by Ram Ayodhi Sahni with the sister of the informant, these petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62501 of 2018(5) dt.31-01-2019 2/2 started to abuse and told that they will not permit Ram Ayodhi Sahni to perform marriage and keep the sister of the informant. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
