JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was instituted against unknown and the petitioner's name has cropped up only on the basis of suspicion that he belonged to a particular gang, which gang was suspected to have committed the crime. She has drawn my attention to an order of this Court dated 17.09.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33309 of 2013 and contends that in identical situation co-accused Motilal Paswan has been granted bail.
