Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 353 of 2014 registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. without parentage by the informant on the pretext that the miscreants in course of talk used to denote each other Satyam, Bittu (petitioner), Sujeet and Rakesh. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2014 but till now he has not been put on test identification parade. It is also submitted that nothing incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the
